The Worldwide Intranet Challenge (WIC) is a free online benchmarking service that gives organisations the opportunity to obtain feedback from their staff and anonymously compare this feedback with other participating organisations. You could have your benchmark report within 2 weeks. Over 80 organizations have participated in the WIC to-date.

Designing Successful Intranets Workshops
The WIC offers a workshop based on feedback from the 80+ organisations who have participated in the WIC. The workshop is available to the public & also to organisations in-house. It covers topics that will help organizations assess their current intranets & then develop a plan for transforming the intranet into a business critical business application.
Facilitation of internal intranet workshops
If you are at the early stages of an intranet development or redesign and would like advice or support for a few days, we can assist with intranet planning meetings, the facilitation of stakeholder meetings, end user focus groups or intranet team brainstorming sessions.
Online Intranet Consulting Advice
